You have 15 days from the time the item(s) were delivered to send the item(s) back for an exchange. (Please read our FAQ’s about the cincher being tight before sending it back.)
Returned items must be unused, unaltered and returned in the original packaging.

If the item is not returned within 15 business days, we cannot accept it for an exchange. If the item is returned after 15 days, it will be returned to you.
For International customers, we allow up to 30 days to have the item returned. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
Lost or Stolen Items: Should an item get lost in the mail due to postal service or stolen once delivered, it is not InstaCurve's responsibility to replace it. Please contact your carrier. Customers now have the option to add a signature to their package at checkout.
